In USA, Citizens have authority to change Police Commissioner. In India, Citizens do not have any authority yes but minister can change them any time.

In USA, Citizens have authority to change Supreme Court Judge or high Court Judge (their Court hierarchy or name can be different). In India, even Chief Minister or Prime Minister do not have authority to touch Supreme Court Judge or High Court Judge.

In USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and all European countries, there is Jury System. Jury Systems means, judge can not take any decision without approval from common individuals (Common Individuals are selected on randomly basis in each cases). In India (and other developing counties like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Shreelanka and others), Judge can do anything without approval from common Individual.

In USA, Citizens have authority to change their minister at State Level. In India we have to wait for 5 years.
